Porsche remapping
On a turbocharged Porsche, a remap brings sharper throttle response and a stronger mid-range. We map Porsches on your driveway or at work, and the factory software is saved first.
Remapping for Porsche
If your Macan, Cayenne or 911 is turbocharged, there's headroom in its factory map. A remap refines boost, fuelling and timing so the car pulls harder through the gears you use most.
A naturally aspirated engine gains far less, and if your 996, 997 or Boxster falls into that group, we'll tell you before booking. Every job starts with a fault code read.
What a remap changes
- Quicker response when you open the throttle
- More pull through the middle of the rev range
- Gearbox shifts matched to the new torque if your Porsche is a PDK or automatic
- Pops and bangs on the overrun, quoted per car

Can you quote for my Porsche from the registration?
Yes. We use the registration to identify the engine and ECU, and we'll confirm the price and which maps are open to you before booking.
Can a remapped Porsche go back to standard?
Yes. The original software comes off the car and is stored before any changes, so it can be put back if you sell the Porsche. A charge applies for returning it to standard, which we'll confirm when you ask.
Do I need to tell my insurer about a remapped Porsche?
You should. A remap is a declared modification, and if the car is still under Porsche warranty, check the terms with the dealer before booking.
