We confirm whether it's a Discovery 2 TD5, 3, 4 or 5, check the ECU and give you the £275 + VAT price.
Agree the location
We cover Wigan, Preston, Warrington, Oldham and the rest of our North West patch, plus Huddersfield.
We map it there
Stored faults are read, the original software is backed up, and the new map is written.
Done and dusted
The codes are checked again and we go over what's changed.
About the Discovery remap
A Discovery is heavy and often tows, so the extra low-down torque from a remap is where the benefit lies. On a Discovery 4 SDV6 or a Discovery 3, it helps the car pull away with a trailer and hold its gear on hills. An economy map at the same £275 + VAT is available if fuel is the bigger concern.
If your Discovery has an automatic gearbox, a gearbox remap can be added for £195 + VAT.
At home or at work
Discoveries are often parked in places a garage would never see, and that's fine by us. We can map yours on a driveway, in a farmyard or in a work car park, provided it's safe and someone can hand over the keys at the start and end.

No. The registration shows which Discovery you have and its ECU, so we can price it straight away.
What should be ready when you arrive to map the Discovery?
The keys and a spot where the car can stay put. If it has aftermarket parts, mention them when booking.
Can the Discovery go back to standard?
Yes. The original software is saved before we start, so the Discovery can be returned to standard later. A charge applies for returning it to standard, which we'll confirm when you ask.
