Renault Master remapping
We remap Renault Master vans at the yard, the depot or outside your house, so the van only stops work for the length of the job. That's usually 60 to 90 minutes.
How a visit for your Master works
Send the registration
We check the engine and ECU on your Master, including the 2.3, and confirm the £275 + VAT van remap price.
Agree a place and a slot
Any yard, depot, site or home address in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire or Huddersfield works for us.
The van is mapped where it stands
We read the fault codes, back up the original software and write the new map through the diagnostic port.
Codes rechecked
We read the codes once more and tell you what's different before the van goes back to work.
About the Master remap
A van remap adjusts the engine software so a Master pulls more strongly with a load on, holds speed better on hills and needs fewer downchanges. Some operators prefer an economy-focused map, which we can also write for £275 + VAT.
Speed limiter changes are available too. Our speed limiter removal page explains how they work, and the price depends on the van.
Master vans and fleets
Fleet Masters can be done at your depot without taking them off the road for a day. Where vans are parked together, we'll map several in one visit and plan the order so drivers aren't left waiting.
Businesses running more than one van can open a trade account for simpler booking and invoicing. We also map most other vans, so a mixed fleet isn't a problem.
Why book SGR
A Master remap usually takes 60 to 90 minutes, which fits round loading or a break without losing a working day. If one of your vans has a warning light, we can often get to it the same day.
Every job we do is covered by £2 million of insurance. More van work is covered on our van remapping page.
Reviews
Can you remap my Master at work?
Yes. Wherever the van is parked during the day works, as long as it's safe and the site is happy for us to be there.
Do you need to see the Master before quoting?
No, the registration is enough. It tells us which engine and ECU your Master has, so you'll know the price before we set off.
Can you map several Master vans in one visit?
Yes, if they're at the same yard or depot. Let us know how many vans and which registrations, and we'll plan the visit around your day.
Can the Master go back to standard?
Yes. The original software is saved before the new map goes in, so it can be put back later if the van is sold or leased out. If you want it back to standard later, that's a separate charge we'll quote first.

Send us the registration, or a list of them for a fleet, and tell us where the vans will be. Other Renault models are on our Renault remapping page.
