EGR delete for Volvo
The EGR valve sends some exhaust gas back into the intake to cut NOx. That gas carries soot, which mixes with oil vapour and bakes onto the valve until it sticks open or shut, and the ECU then logs a flow fault.
We don't clean EGR valves. If you'd rather replace the valve, a garage can fit a new one.

Can you delete the EGR on a Volvo?
