Isuzu models we cover
We don't have separate Isuzu DPF model pages yet. The D-Max is the model this page covers, and any other diesel Isuzu can be checked from the registration.
A flashing DPF light on a D-Max means the filter is badly loaded and the pickup may soon go into limp mode. We clean Isuzu DPFs at your home, yard or site for £275 + VAT, and we offer the DPF delete for £220 + VAT.
Pickups that idle on site and stop and start all day are hard on DPFs, because the filter rarely gets hot enough for a regeneration to finish. Sensor faults, EGR problems and injector trouble add to the soot.
For most D-Max owners, cleaning is the first step. We test the filter, then use a cleaning solution and a forced regeneration to burn out the soot with the filter still fitted.

Work pickups spend a lot of time idling or on short hops, so regenerations get interrupted. Faulty sensors and EGR or injector problems speed up the build-up.
Yes, for £220 + VAT, but only on a D-Max or other Isuzu used off-road or exported. On the road it would fail the MOT, as our DPF removal law guide explains.
Yes. We clean filters at yards, farms and depots, and businesses with several pickups can open a trade account.
Send the registration and say whether the light is flashing or steady, and we'll get out to you. Our DPF cleaning page explains each step.
