Why book SGR
Booking the Q5 in at a dealer can mean a wait for a slot and a day without the car. We turn up where it's parked, often on the same day for a new warning, finish most visits inside 60 to 90 minutes and carry £2 million of insurance.
Our technician comes to your Q5 at home or at work, and an AdBlue visit rarely runs past 90 minutes. Finding the fault costs £100 + VAT, and deleting the AdBlue system costs £330 + VAT.
Add the warning on the dash and say whether a countdown has appeared.
Home, work or anywhere safe in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire or Huddersfield.
We plug in, read the stored faults and look at what the AdBlue pump and NOx sensors are reporting.
You hear what's failed and the options, and once any agreed work is done we recheck the codes.
If your Q5 has AdBlue and is reporting an AdBlue pump or NOx sensor fault, replacing that part is a job for an Audi dealer or SCR specialist.
We don't repair AdBlue systems. What we do offer is the delete, which switches the system off in the ECU and removes the countdown.
Wherever the Q5 is parked during the day is usually fine for us, as long as it's safe and we can open the doors fully.

Yes. If the countdown has reached zero and the Q5 won't start, we come to it wherever it has stopped, provided it's safe to work there.
Access to the Q5 and its keys at the start and end of the visit. If a garage has already read the codes, pass on what they found.
Give us the warning message, any countdown mileage and how the car is used day to day.
Always. Diagnostics are £100 + VAT, and you decide on a dealer repair or the £330 + VAT delete once you know what has failed.
Not if it's driven on UK roads. The Q5 delete is for off-road and export use only, and our AdBlue delete legal guide explains why.
Pick a day, tell us where the Q5 will be, and we'll send a technician to it. The Audi AdBlue page lists the other Audi models we cover, and our AdBlue pump failure guide explains the pump fault in more depth.
