Audi EGR problems and delete
A diesel Audi with a sticking EGR valve can idle roughly, hesitate and drop into limp mode. We diagnose Audi EGR faults where the car is parked, and carry out the EGR delete for £220 + VAT.

EGR delete for Audi
Recirculated exhaust carries soot, and once it meets oil vapour in the intake it bakes onto the EGR valve in layers. The valve then sticks open or shut, and the ECU records a flow fault.
We don't clean EGR valves. The choice is a new valve fitted by a garage, or the delete.

Can you delete the EGR on an Audi?
Yes, on most diesel Audis, for off-road and export use only. Our EGR delete legal guide explains why it isn't allowed on road cars.
Do you clean Audi EGR valves?
No, EGR cleaning isn't something we offer. We find the fault, and either refer you to a garage for a replacement valve or delete it.
How much is an EGR delete on an Audi?
It's £220 + VAT at your home or workplace. Our EGR valve replacement cost guide shows what the replacement option involves.
