Ford AdBlue problems and delete
An AdBlue symbol on a Ford dash can mean anything from a low tank to a failed pump, and on a working Transit that matters fast. We read the codes at your yard, home or workplace, and we delete the AdBlue system for £330 + VAT.

AdBlue on Ford vans and cars
When an AdBlue malfunction is logged, a countdown to no restart can begin, and resetting the warning only buys time if a part has failed. The pump, heater, NOx sensors and injector are the usual suspects, along with crystallised fluid.
The Ford SID212 ECU on many recent Transit, Transit Custom and Ranger models is locked, so for those vans the ECU comes out and is unlocked off site, then refitted within 7 days for £1,200 + VAT. Our SID212 AdBlue delete page covers those vans in more detail.
Prices
Diagnostics: £100 + VAT
We read the codes and live data so you know which part has failed before spending more.
AdBlue delete: £330 + VAT
The system is switched off in the ECU and the countdown stops.
For a repair, the failed part needs replacing by a Ford dealer or SCR specialist, as we don't repair AdBlue systems.

Can you delete AdBlue on a Ford?
Yes, including SID212-equipped vans, but only for off-road and export use. Our AdBlue delete legal guide explains why.
Do you repair Ford AdBlue systems?
No. We diagnose the fault, and the repair goes to a Ford dealer or an SCR specialist with our findings in hand.
What does the AdBlue warning mean on a Ford?
A low tank brings the symbol on, but so does a fault in the pump, heater or sensors. If topping up doesn't clear it, or the light is still on after filling, a fault has been stored.
