About the AdBlue delete
If the AdBlue light on your Ranger won't go off, even with a full tank, the ECU has logged a fault in the SCR system. The delete turns that system off in the software, clears the stored codes and takes away the countdown.
We don't repair AdBlue systems, so a repair goes to a dealer with our findings.
Ranger pickups and fleets
Rangers often work as a pair or a small fleet, so we can look at more than one on the same visit where time allows. Tell us how many need checking and we'll plan the slot around them.
Many 2018-on Rangers have a locked Ford SID212 ECU, which can't be done at the yard. We take the ECU out, ship it for unlocking and refit it within 7 days, for £1,200 + VAT. Yes. Once the countdown hits zero the Ranger won't start again, so we come to wherever it has stopped, provided we can work there safely. Give us the exact location when you book.
Can you do several Rangers at the yard?
Yes, if they're all on site and we know about them in advance. Send each registration and the warning each one is showing, and we'll allow enough time.
What should I tell you when I book the Ranger in?
