DPF cleaning for Nissan
Regenerations burn soot out of the filter, but only when the engine gets hot and stays there. Short trips, a misreading pressure sensor, EGR or injector faults and oil in the exhaust all stop them finishing.

Can you clean the DPF on any Nissan diesel?
On most, yes, as long as the filter is blocked with soot rather than ash or cracked. The readings show us which, and we won't charge for a clean that can't work.
