We remap Ford cars, vans and pickups on driveways, in work car parks and at depots, from a Fiesta to a Transit. Standard engine maps are £275 + VAT, and most visits are finished within 90 minutes.

Remapping for Ford
Ford's EcoBoost petrols and TDCi diesels are turbocharged, so they respond well to a better-tuned map. Cars gain stronger mid-range pull, and vans get more torque low down, which helps with a full load or a trailer.
Many 2018-on Transit, Transit Custom and Ranger models use a locked Ford SID212 ECU, which we can't map at the roadside. Instead, the ECU is unlocked and programmed off site and refitted within 7 days, for £1,200 + VAT all in. Our SID212 remapping page explains how that works.

We confirm the engine and ECU, including whether a Ford van has the SID212, and give you a fixed price.
Mapped where it's parked
Fault codes are read, the original software is saved and the new map goes on.

Most turbocharged Ford cars and vans, from the Fiesta and Focus to the Transit, Transit Custom and Ranger. Anything not listed above can be checked from the registration.
How much is a Ford remap?
Car and van remaps are both £275 + VAT. Speed limiter removal is quoted per vehicle, and our pricing page has the full list.
Can you remap automatic Ford models?
Yes. The engine map is the same, and if your Ford has an automatic gearbox we can map that too for £195 + VAT, or £440 + VAT with the engine.
